MIS HOLDING is a prestigious organization that establishes the multiple partnership culture in Elazığ with the common consicence of the entrepreneurs and is a leading organization in local economy. MIS HOLDING, your common work of the people of Elazığ, has been set up as a result of the union and the coming together of a group of tradesmen that have a wealth in their hearts and that have a wide horizon, altogether 36, under the leadership of Nihat DEMİRBAĞ, in December 1989 with Restaurants Consumer Cooperative.
President Nihat DEMİRBAĞ set up MİSAŞ GIDA İNŞ. SAN. TİC. A.Ş. with 15 people among the 100 partners in Restaurants Consumer Cooperative in 1992 when the no. of branches reached 6 but the capital and the regulations of the former did not allow growth.

    MİSAŞ has now been the rightful pride of Elazığ and the people of Elazığ, with its 32 branches, with its milk factory, with its tea packaging facility, with its clothing shop, with its insurance business, with its own ranch, together with its a number of products that bear its name and its bread, as produced by itself. MIS HOLDING, which grows every day and that develops itself from a cooperative towards a holding makes us greatly happy just like every person in Elazığ, with its 17 year history.

We are living the pride of being the revenue source of approximately 1.000 families in Elazığ, with its 5 big companies, 32 markets, 40 separate work places, employees close to 400 and partners close to 700 in 17 years.
